Loved finding this amazingly awesome recipe!
I. Mix 1 box of Angel Food cake mix with 1 box of a standard cake mix of your choice (we picked lemon).
2. Put 3 Tbs of mixture in a coffee cup. Store rest in zip-lock bag or air-tight container.
3. Add 2 Tbs. water and mix together.
4. Put in microwave for 1 minute.
5. ENJOY!!!
optional – we added a few toppings but it is good enough to eat right out of the cup!

Marci, you have created a 3,2,1 frenzy in our house! We have tried chocolate, vanilla and spice! My favorite to eat warm in the cup is chocolate. My total favorite is chopped green apple lightly tossed with cinnamon and a pinch of sugar over a spice cake! Yummy!
